• Fight the Night Series 2023

    The annual Fight the Night series kicks off on Wednesday 1st February, with the usual format of a mass start, 45 minute, 20 control maximum, score race. Each race will start at 7pm, with registration from 6:15-6:45pm.

    Details of the four events are available via the relevant tabs on the home page. Entries are normally via SiEntries, but the first event, running out of the Lincs Runner shop, will be free! If you’re planning on coming along on Feb 1st, please can you help us to predict map numbers by emailing [email protected] by no later than Monday 30th January.

  • EMOA League Event – Sunday 5th February

    Entries are now open for LOG’s EMOA League event at Chambers Farm Wood, nr Wragby, on Sunday 5th February. A full complement of colour-code courses will be available and the map has recently been updated and expanded to include some new blocks never previously used for orienteering before.

  • 2022 Autumn MapRun Series – Results

    Congratulations to the winners of the two main classes at this year’s Autumn MapRun series. 51 runners attempted at least one of the Long and Short courses at the 4 events and it ended up being a tight finish for the top places in both classes!

    In the Long class, Mikey Chapman held off the charge of Paul Murgatroyd & Marcus Lancastle to take the top spot by just a single point. Paul & Marcus were second and third respectively.

    In the Short class, Martin Wheeler, with an unbroken run of 4 victories, took the win here, with Anne Gibbs and Trudy Crosby respectively completing the podium.

    The Combined class saw a repeat series win for Mikey, with Andrea Page in second and Stuart Vickers in third.
